Healing ACNE

You can not always prevent acne, but there are ways to keep and to treat that. Here some ways to heal acne.

Keep your skin clean.
Since acne is often caused by blocked pores, keeping your skin clean is one of the best ways to help prevent it. Wash your face once or twice time a day with soap and warm water. Avoid using to much pressure or washing with harsh, abrasive cleaners, which all make the problem worse by irritating the skin.

Stay away from stress.
Scientific evidence said that stress causes acne. We can not completely eliminate stress, but there are ways to help leave acne. For instant getting regular exercise, meditation, hanging out with your friend or doing something that makes you happy. It will help your body including your skin much healthier.

Taking a steam bath.
Let’s try to take a steam bath. After steam bath, if you have a dry skin, apply aqueous cream to moisturize your skin. You can achieve the same effect using warm water, wash your face with warm water two or three times a day. Basically, steam is a big help in opening the choked pores of the skin, softens the acne and also increases suppleness of skin.
